One to one coaching is perfect if you are someone who is looking for a little more, needs a motivational push from time to time or have some big health issues you need to tackle.

With one to one coaching we will together work out your exact needs and I will create a plan tailormade for you, including a movement programme and dietary suggestions.

The programme usually covers 12 weeks (depending on your requirements) and in that time you will have a coaching session (via Skype or phone) every 2 weeks and email access to me throughout the 12 week period.

In order to give enough time and really focus on your needs I only take 3-4 coaching clients at any one time.
