I’d like to show you how to build strong muscles, bones & healthy joints
As a former Osteopath, with over 20 years in practice & now a health coach specialising in joint health & functional movement, I see first hand how painful joints can be so debilitating ~ a constant, daily problem, stopping you doing the things you love. But it doesn’t have to be that way & I’d love to show you some simple dietary ‘tweaks’ (no fad diets I promise!) that will have you up & dancing round your kitchen in no time!

NO! Absolutely not ~ research shows that it is possible to improve your joint health whatever your age ~ my eldest client to date was 95! It’s NEVER TOO LATE to make a difference!
I don’t want to go on another fad diet so will this work for me?
Absolutely! I am definitely NOT a fan of fad diets either. In the workshop I am going to show you easy ‘tweaks’ to easily incorporate into your lifestyle & they are all based on Scientific research.
I have osteoarthritis, could this help me?
The good news is YES it could help relieve the pain & inflammation you have in your joints. It won’t take the wear & tear away, but paying closer attention to the food you eat could make a big difference!
What if I can’t get to the workshop on that date?
The workshop is being held online, via Zoom, so you can attend from the comfort of your sofa! If you’re not able to make the date it will be recorded so you can watch at your leisure.
I am on medication, is this safe for me to do?
Yes it is, but I would always suggest that you discuss this first with your medical practitioner. You should never change or stop your medication without their help & it’s always advisable to check before taking supplements
